Blackheath Area Neighbourhood Centre is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator to assist people to implement their National Disability Insurance Scheme supports. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating supports with people with a disability/mental health diagnosis, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a creative and innovative approach to problem solving, and an understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
