Quarry Plant Operators

(Western Riverina Quarry, Walleroobie Quarry, Cootamundra Quarry and Mobile Crushing)

Mawsons is a family-run business that produces quality construction materials throughout Northern Victoria and Southern NSW and has now joined forces with Milbrae; another well respected family business in the Concrete and Quarrying industry.

We are currently seeking confident, motivated and highly organised people to join our team in the capacity of Quarry Plant Operators (multiple roles) at various fixed quarry sites based in the Griffith/Rankins Springs, Ardlethan/Coolamon and Cootamundra areas and various mobile crushing sites across NSW.

Duties will include:

Excavator, rock drill, dump truck and front end loader operations

Screening, crushing and quarry plant operations and maintenance

Rigid truck driving, including water cart and on site tippers

Note: Travel and time working away will be required for mobile crushing roles.

To be successful, you will have strong customer service skills and show attention to detail. On the job training will be provided, however previous quarry experience would be an advantage. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, flexible and have a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental care.
